EPEX is a Leuven-based student organization founded by Daan De Deene and Charlot Talloen, dedicated to introducing students to the fundamentals of real estate markets.

From understanding market cycles to real estate investments. We aim to help students develop a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Our goal is to build a community of like-minded students with an interest in real estate finance and economics, through events, workshops and case discussions.
